- Exhibitor applicants should provide goods or services consistent with the mission of the conference.
- Acceptance as an Exhibitor is subject to the approval of the conference organizing committee.

EXHIBITION DISPLAY TIMES & LOGISTICS
- Setup: 7:00am
- Display (boothʻs must be manned): 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Take-down Deadline: 5:30pm
EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing to GreenHI@hawaii.edu.
- All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after May 12, 2011.
- Refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks after the completion of the expo.
