EXHIBITOR INCLUSIONS

  • Roaming security guard in exhibit hall
  • (1) Skirted table top display area (6′ x 30″)
  • (2) Chairs
  • Mention in conference hand-outs
  • Logo and hyperlink on conference website
  • General admission for (1) representative only
  • Lunch, am and pm refreshments
  • Additional representatives are required to register under the general admission

EXHIBITOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Exhibitor applicants should provide goods or services consistent with the mission of the conference.
  • Acceptance as an Exhibitor is subject to the approval of the conference organizing committee.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FEE = $150

EXHIBITION DISPLAY TIMES & LOGISTICS

  • Setup: 7:00am
  • Display (boothʻs must be manned): 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Take-down Deadline: 5:30pm

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellation requests must be received in writing to GreenHI@hawaii.edu.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after May 12, 2011.
  • Refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks after the completion of the expo.
